Createx / Wicked - Reducers and Additives

4011 High Temp Reducer
Use to thin colors for improved flow, leveling and spray-ability with an acceleration in drying time. For airbrush usage, 4011 Reducer aids with control and preventing over-spray when using smaller tip sizes at lower PSI settings for cleaner lines for detailed work.

4012 High Performance Reducer
The new High Performance Reducer greatly improves flow and reduces tip-dry compared to Auto Air 4011 Flash Reducer. High Performance Reducer has the ability to enhance flow without surface tension. This allows for greater coverage per coat less risk of craters which may occur with other reducers. Auto-Air 4020 Reducer
4020 Reducer is a specialty thinner for use when painting in humid or cold conditions.

4030 Intercoat
Essential additive that enhances spray performance & coating durability. Mix with all Auto Air Colors prior to use.

4040 Bleed Checker
4040 Bleed Checker is a hybridized, urethane-acrylic clear used as an inter-coat intended for application over candy2o to prevent the candy2o’s dyes from bleeding into top-coated colors.

Water-Based, Acrylic Aliphatic Polyurethane Clear



Architectural-grade clear for interior & exterior application

Compatible with all Createx paints.

UVLS = Ultra-Violet Light Stabilizer. Clears protect underlying pigments and dyes.

Use as adhesive primer direct to metal, plastic and other difficult to paint substrates.

4050 Gloss Clear is the recommended medium for mixing with candy2o .

Available in 2oz., 4oz., 8oz., 16oz., 32oz. & 1-Gallon sizes.

Thin 5% - 10% per volume with 4011 Reducer

Createx 4012 High Performance Reducer
Createx / Wicked 4012 High Performance Reducer
A water-based thinner for use with most Createx paints. Recommended for use with AutoBorne Sealers and when painting direct to a primer or substrate as 4012 Reducer allows paint to penetrate the substrate deeper compared to 4011 Reducer. 4012 Reducer is more aggressive compared to 4011 Reducer and can create seeding issues when used in excess amounts whereas 4011 Reducer is safer to add to paint in excess amounts without seeding or prematurely curing the paint.
Auto-Air 4020 Reducer
Createx / Wicked 4020 Reducer
4020 Reducer is a specialty thinner for use when painting in humid or cold conditions.
Generally added 10% per volume to paint.
Makes paint flow easy with minimal tip-dry.
Colors dry faster, cure to a harder coating compared with reducing with 4012 High Performance Reducer.
Contains Acetone and Glycol Ethers.
Use only in controlled spray environments with adequate ventilation and a NIOSH / MSHA approved respirator

4030 Balancing – A non-catalyzed, polyurethane, water-based clear. For use with automotive & hard-surface applications. 4030 has 2 functions: 1) an intercoat and, 2) an additive mixed with any Createx Colors brand for improved spray performance and coating durability.

5607 Createx Airbrush Retarder
5607 Createx Airbrush Retarder
A water-based medium for reducing tip-dry, especially when airbrushing in arid environments. Use sparingly as 5607 inhibits drying and atomization. Best used along with 4011 Reducer and 4030 Balancing Clear.
